The nurse-designed Dornoch UltrafleX fluid cart from Zimmer is the only closed fluid waste system which terminally disinfects after each use. Reusable canisters replace disposables, eliminates red bag waste and associated gelling agent expenses. Canister lids are single-use disposable items replaced with each new patient use. A touchscreen display and control panel, lighted fluid reservoirs and on-board regulated suction makes it easy to use. The system also eliminates up to 70 percent of infectious waste generated in the operating room, making it ultra green!
