Use different products for different needs
We currently use foam alcohol cleansers at the bedsides for quick clean-ups, but still encourage the good, old-fashioned task of hand-washing when it's needed. We've also implemented a scrubless product for surgical hand scrubs and are very happy with the outcomes.
