Put a Lid on High-Alert Meds

With high-alert medications, the consequences of an error are more devastating. As an added safety measure, we put plastic see-through lids on the bins that hold our high-alert meds so nurses don't reach into the wrong bin by mistake and potentially cause serious patient harm.
