Stop and Think Before Opening Expensive Supplies

Here's an easy way to reduce your case costs: Slap dollar sign sticky notes on high-cost items in your supply storage area. When staff members see the dollar signs, they'll know they're about to grab high-ticket items and should double-check that they'll be needed during cases before opening them. You can get the custom sticky notes made at most office supply stores.
