If your center could use a boost, here are 7 strategies you can consider implementing today. In some cases, seemingly minor changes like standardizing supplies and equipment and closing the center 1 day a week may make a difference. In other cases, more substantial changes may be necessary, like directly engaging the entire surgeon-owner group to ensure they are bringing all appropriate cases to the center. In the words of Napoleon Hill, "You can't change where you started, but you can change where you are going."
