Does your job leave you feeling "stretched thin," "constantly juggling," or "in desperate need of balance?" You're not alone. Those are just a few ways to describe the mood of surgical administrators as the economic effects of the recent recession wear on. Facility leaders are reporting stagnant salaries and ever-increasing demands. They say they're starting to feel their jobs are all work and no pay.
