These workflow and documentation aids will let our staff prepare for and document cases like never before.

Our march toward electronic medical records began, oddly enough, with pen and paper. One of the first steps of our hospital's EMR conversion was to document our workflows for all our daily tasks, to map out every single step of every surgery that we perform. Painstaking, yes, but now those handwritten workflows are coming into play as our software provider trains us to build wizards. What's a wizard? Good question.
