Getting Your Center in Order Before You Sell

Ambulatory surgical center transactional activity remains robust nationwide. Corporate owners are eager to pay solid multiples (5 to 8 times earnings) for controlling interests in quality centers, and hospital participation in acquisition activity is also driving deal flow. ASCs that want to maximize their value and position themselves for a seamless transaction should clean house and make sure these 4 factors are in order before testing the market.
