Dysfunctional Docs

I was taught by my parents (and the nuns) to treat everyone with respect and dignity. This principle has served me well where the nurses I work with are not only my colleagues, but also my friends. The OR is a happy place when we all work together with the singular goal of provding the best care for the patient. Sadly, this isn't the case with many of my surgeon-colleagues. They're dysfunctional. Perhaps you've had the pleasure of working with some of them.
