For me, February always means Valentine's Day. Amour, amour! The dark chocolates, the red roses. The cynic in me says take an antacid to calm those stomach butterflies and seek a cardiology consult when your heart skips a beat, but the romantic in me can't resist the holiday's charms. Especially in surgery, where there are so many couples ... and I'm not talking about surgeons and nurses.
