Building Your Dream GI Facility

6 ideas to increase volume, improve efficiency and boost patient satisfaction.

A few years ago we set out to build a new GI center at our community hospital. Our goals were to improve efficiency, patient privacy and patient satisfaction at the same time as our volume grew. It took a lot of planning, but in the end we've succeeded and have expanded twice. We now have 9 procedure rooms.
