Are You Ready for the Second Wave of H1N1?

The second wave of 2009 H1N1 pandemic flu is upon us, hitting some communities harder than others but putting everyone in the healthcare industry on high alert. Although the majority of the patients who present for surgery at your facility are probably in fairly good health, it's still important for you to take extra precautions to reduce their exposure to staff and visitors who may be infected with this easily transmitted and sometimes deadly virus.
