Is Your Surgery Center Ripe for Sale?

When you put your surgery center on the market, you don't set the price, buyers do. Buyers, both corporate partners and hospitals, will be looking at your center to figure out how it might fit into their business models. Here's a rundown of the factors they'll weigh in coming up with an offer for your surgery center. Some, such as case volume, you can control. Others, such as the surrounding community, you can't control.
