How we organized a mini-conference to get the latest equipment into the hands of frontline staff.

We once transformed our hospital into a conference center for a one-day orthopedic symposium and vendor fair, called "Rattle Your Bones," that was successful in every way. It was educational, it got the specialty's latest instruments and equipment into the hands of our surgical teams, and we even turned a small profit to establish a staff educational fund. Here's advice for hosting your own orthopedic conference.
