ASC or Hospital Director: Who's Worth More?

Who has the tougher job and who should be paid more, an ASC administrator or a hospital OR director? Good question. We could say each is a pressure-cooker job worthy of a six-figure salary, each requiring exceptionally bright and industrious people like you, the rare breed who have the minds for management and for medicine. Or we could ask Cindy Kuperus, RN, MBA, CRNFA, who's pretty sure she knows the answer.
