Think back to the reasons you're sitting behind the manager's desk. I'll bet a host of people mentored you to the successes you now enjoy. Mentors have challenged me to take on leadership roles that I would have otherwise avoided and instilled the faith I needed to succeed. I repay my teachers by mentoring others, and hope that I can have a positive effect on tomorrow's facility administrators.
