Bullying story only the tip of the iceberg.

Re: "Make Your OR a Bully-free Zone" (May, page 34). After 10 years as a surgical technician, I now work in my hospital's accounting department. I left the OR to escape from many of the behaviors your article cited. Thank you for showing me that there really is a problem in ORs. They made me think that I was the one with the problem, that I was just "too sensitive." I don't regret leaving at all.
