 If your surgeons and staff complain about gloves' rolling down while they're being worn, Ansell Healthcare Products' new Gammex SureFit general purpose and surgical glove might be the answer. The company says the gloves' cuffs are designed, through a proprietary process, to grip and hold, minimizing the slippery effect caused by some surgical gowns. In addition, they are powder-free, reducing the likelihood of allergic reactions in latex-sensitive staff and patients, and helping to prevent the development of latex sensitivity. Gammex SureFit comes in square poly packs of 50 pairs per box and cases of four boxes. The manufacturer would not provide a list price.
