A smarter heating pad
 Keep your patients warm with Cool/Heat from Advanced Surfaces. This pre-warming OR pad addresses a patients body temperature without needing the attention of OR staff. When you turn it on, Cool/Heat "idles" at 83 degrees. Add a patient and Cool/Heat registers a reading of its own temp and the patient's, automatically modifying its heat output to bring the patient to a pre-set temperature, usually 98.6 degrees. Once the patient is warmed to this temperature, the device keeps him there, providing patient and pad temperature readings throughout the procedure. Keep medications under lock and key
 The Narcotic Cabinet with Simplex Lock offers a secure location for drugs and medical supplies. The Simplex Lock on this cabinet offers a choice of 2,200 different combinations by engaging all five buttons individually or together in pre-set order. The cabinet is constructed of 20-gauge steel and can be mounted to walls, counter tops, carts or cabinets. The cabinet has three fixed shelves that accommodate different size bottles, vials and boxes. High-resolution imaging

Anchors away
 Try anchoring your speculum during trabeculectomy procedures for more controlled rotation of the eye. Typically eye surgeons place a traction suture in the superior cornea so the globe can be rotated inferiorly to improve exposure. The Katena Tanna-Lieberman Speculum was designed with inferior and superior posts that allow the surgeon to anchor the traction suture.
