How often do you issue distribution checks?

If you are a physician owned ASC, how often do you issue distribution checks (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc)?

Quarterly, when the cash reserve formula is exceeded.

Quarterly distribution when recommended at our quarterly Board meetings. We too have a minimum cash reserve.

Quarterly- to coincide with quarterly tax dates.

Semi-annually with a hold back to ensure that we do not run short of money and then have to use our Line of Credit.
