We are located in Maryland. We pay 28-31 based on years experience. Most of my RN's are prn so there are no benefits. If they were full time, there would be full benefits.

Our facility is an ophthalmology surgery center with only with two surgeons and two operating rooms. Our RN's circulate in the OR as well as the pre and post op areas, depending on their assignment for that day. I was wondering what other surgery centers such as ours (single specialty) pays their RN's?
