"We didn't even know the software came with a credentialing component until the in-service instructor went through each of the tabs," says Ms. Baliko, the director of nursing at The Surgery Center in Flint, Mich. "Once we realized that credentialing was in there, we knew we could use the software for a lot more than what we first thought."
