Are you fairly compensated? For more than one-third of hospital- and ASC-based surgery managers, the answer is no, according to Outpatient Surgery's third annual salary survey. Many of these dissatisfied managers say they work long hours, wear many hats and are topped out on the pay scale despite years of experience and expanding duties.
