One often overlooked way to save money is to refinance your facility's original startup costs, including real estate, capital equipment, working capital, site development, architectural fees and construction costs. A lower interest rate can result in major savings over time.

A seal steal
To reinforce surgical incisions longer than 5 cm, use rolls of 1-inch wide paper tape (50?) instead of Steri-Strips ($2). The results are better, too - reduced shearing, blistering and fewer allergic reactions.
